Emily began her real estate career in the family business in January 2009 as a Sales Administrator/Sales & Marketing Assistant to her father, Edwin. She quickly moved into fulltime sales, operating as a successful agent for three years before moving into her role of Sales & Business Manager in 2013. From 2013 to 2019 Emily was the driving force behind the development and extensive growth of the company, with her primary focus being to ensure the entire team consistently delivered exceptionally high standards of client service, and upheld the integrity, professional image and reputation of the agency. After successfully managing the sales, property management and administrative areas of the business across two offices for six years, Emily took some time away from real estate upon entering motherhood with her first child, and now with two young children, she enjoys being involved in the business on a part time basis, training sales staff and supporting management.
